Chris Sherback

Chris began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he learned how various businesses approach the same problem with different system designs and varying levels of success. Having developed a flexible approach to problem solving, he then moved into the healthcare field by joining Ormed Information Systems, where he designed accounting and business management systems for hospitals and clinics. Chris soon became President & CEO of Ormed, which initially had only one product that ran in a handful of hospitals and clinics in Western Canada. Over the course of the next 20 years, he used his role to guide Ormed into becoming an industry leader, with 25 products running in over 280 healthcare organizations throughout Canada and the United States. Director : Efficiency Audits

Vic has spent the past 28 years of his 38-year career applying new developments in behavioral health sciences to the workplace, and mental health organizations. His personal vision statement best reflects his focus:

“To close the gap that exists between advances in mental, social & behavioural
health sciences and individuals that need the support.”

His specific roles have included:

President of MyOutcomes : Development of mental health tools that works to improve the effectiveness of mental health practitioners in governments and private clinics in over 23 countries.

Founder & Clinical Director of Alive For Wellness: A 24-bed inpatient facility for clients overcoming mental-health struggles.

CEO & Publisher Alive Publishing Group: An award-winning health publisher with clients in three continents and Canada and was the #1 read health publication with over 1.3 million monthly readers.

President of Columbia Group: A management consulting firm focused on workplace human resources consulting and IT consultant.


Farida Contractor, B.Com, CHRP
Chief Technology Officer

Farida Contractor oversees Information Technology (IT) and software development solutions. Her responsibilities include developing web-based/smart phone tools and ensuring compliance with confidentially acts.Farida has more than 25 years of experience leading and implementing a multitude of large IT and software development projects. She was a member of the development team at Winfax that created the first digital fax software. Farida has also worked in Deloitte and Touche’s IT division and as Chief Technology Officer of Health Factors Inc. Her leadership skills and commitment to service excellence are an invaluable resource in helping to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the client-mentor relationship.

Karl A. Peuser, PhD.
Director, Research & Security

Karl, who earned his doctorate at the University of Missouri-Columbia, leads the research and development team for Human Performance. His primary focus is to analyze client data in order to evaluate and provide effective remedial actions to client solutions. Karl’s academic and applied experience in experimental psychology and neurosciences provides the experience needed to ensure client solutions utilize the most advanced methodologies and technologies available. A past Robert S. Daniel Teaching Fellow, he has taught over twenty different courses in psychology, neuroscience, research, history of science and behavior. A recipient of the Research Society on Alcoholism Junior Investigator Award, he has done research on the physiological basis of learning and memory which provides valuable insights towards enhancing human performance for our clients.

Cindy Hansen, BA-Psych, HHP
Clinical Director

Cindy’s focus during her psychology studies was behavioral health metrics. She is passionate about their application and in providing clients with a greater understanding of how, team and individual performance can be enhanced through more effective HR practices or IT solutions. Cindy has been instrumental in the initial and ongoing innovation of the client dashboard metrics, which has been designed to increase the engagement between employer and employee relations . Cindy is additionally the Clinical Director of MyOutcomes, which maintains ongoing collaboration with pioneering psychologists, Dr. Barry Duncan and Dr. Scott Miller, in the field of feedback improved treatment. This latter role provides Cindy with the opportunity to collaborate with the MyOutcomes international base of over 4000 clients who are committed to measuring effectiveness.

Taner Cigeroglu, B.Eng., MS
Chief Developer, MyOutcomes

Taner leads our software development team and has an extensive background in software architecture development and design skills. His experience in .NET and overall software development skills help adopting and implementing new technologies very fast with high quality results. He has a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Masters in Computer Science with over 15 years of work experience. Taner is also instrumental in implementing new software app into business environments and to date over 600 organizations use cloud base software developed by Taner and his team.
