Place the falafels onto paper towels to absorb excess oil. Is there a store bought Tahini that you recommend. I used a combination of ground flax seed and gluten free quick oats and they came together nicely! They were amazing. Roll the mixture into balls and place them onto a parchment lined baking tray.

We’re not using a lot of flour in this recipe so making sure the canned chickpeas are well drained and dried off keeps your falafel from being wet inside. Chickpeas can be too crumbly or a bit over cooked and soft. ★☆ Does this mean that there were bread crumbs used in the early part of the recipe and you are adding more or does it mean 1/2 cup or more.
